EVS can custom design inbound or outbound computer telephony interactive voice response systems, including text-to-speech, for 1 to 240 telephone lines. (See examples below.)
Custom job description: Submit your request in detail to EVS.
Price: EVS will provide you with a price quote in writing. The price will depend on 1) the time required to program and test, 2) the number of telephone lines, and 3) the complexity of the project. Fifty percent of the programming price quote will be due prior to starting the programming, and the other half will be due upon completion to your satisfaction. EVS will guarantee that the program will work properly without any major bugs or defects.
Additions & Changes: Any major programming additions or changes beyond the scope of the originally quoted program description will be billed at $125 per hour.
What is included: You will receive custom designed software and a software key for use on one computer, an Operating Manual, and Technical Support by telephone and email for 3 months after the initial completion. Additional Technical Support may be purchased for $150 for 3 hours or 1 year, whichever comes first.
Professional voice recordings: If you need EVS to supply professional recordings beyond the standard recordings EVS includes, there will be an additional charge of $150 per hour for voice talent.
What you supply: You will need to purchase Dialogic voice boards as required for your application. You will need a computer with Windows 2000 or XP and one or more standard analog, T-1, PRI, or E-1 telephone lines as required for your application. (EVS can provide a computer installed with the software and voice board if your company wishes us to do that.)
Time of completion: EVS will give you an estimated date of completion.
Private label: You or your company can become a reseller of the product we design for you, using a private label name of your choice. Your company may purchase each additional software and hardware from EVS at substantially discounted prices from the initial design. You may resell this product at any price you choose. EVS will provide the Software, Operating Manual, and Technical Support (up to 3 hours or one year, whichever comes first) for your buyers.
Ownership: EVS will retain ownership of the programming source code, but will not resell your exact application, nor use your private label name, to anyone else without your permission. Note: The programming source code may be available for an additional charge to be determined.
