These lists are distributed on DVD with FREE FedEx shipping. The lists are comma delimited .txt files, which is the same thing as a .csv file. This is a common file format, compatible with lots of different software and dialers.

IMPORTANT: Do Not Call telephone numbers have NOT been stripped from these lists. Telemarketers BEWARE: You must obey all state and national laws, including, but not limited to scrubbing of state and/or national Do Not Call numbers.

Buyer's Agreement for Telephone Lists
• LICENSE: The telephone lists are for use only by the Buyer/User or his/her employees or agents and may not be resold, traded, or given to another company, individual or organization.
• LIST ACCURACY: The telephone lists are acquired annually from the various telephone companies operating in the USA and Canada. They include “land line” telephone numbers and do not include cell phone numbers, VoIP numbers, or unpublished numbers. Buyer/User should be aware that every day telephone numbers are disconnected, moved, or changed; therefore, the telephone list that is provided will not be 100% accurate at the time of purchase.

DO NOT CALL: The telephone lists have NOT been scrubbed for Do Not Call numbers. The Buyer/User should be aware that he or she may be responsible for monthly “scrubbing” of calling lists against Federal and/or State Do Not Call Registry lists.

GENERAL LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY: The Buyer/User assumes all liability and responsibility to use the telephone lists according to federal, state, and/or local laws. Laws are complex and may change from time to time, and laws vary from country to country and from state to state.  A violation of any such laws could result in significant penalties and other sanctions. Prior to buying or using this product, the Buyer/User should consult with an attorney to determine the extent of permissible activities. The Seller and the Manufacturer and its Technicians and Representatives are not attorneys; therefore, any interpretations of laws regarding the use of the telephone lists should not be completely relied upon. If the Buyer/User intends to use any outbound dialing products (auto dialer, power seller, power dialer, swipe dialer, click dialer, predictive dialer, or fax broadcaster) for solicitation purposes (selling goods or services), it is the Buyer/User’s responsibility to determine specifically what is legally required and to therefore use the telephone lists in a manner that will comply with any such laws.

RETURN POLICY: Because the telephone lists are software, there is no refund once the buyer/user has received the telephone lists.

BUYER/USER ACCEPTS 100% LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY: By using this product, the Buyer/User accepts 100% of the liability and responsibility regarding its use and will hold the Seller and the Manufacturer and its Technicians and Representatives completely harmless from any fines, penalties, litigation, expenses, or claims for any reason.
