“I have been doing telemarketing for my business for probably over 10 years with much success at minimal cost.  I used a desktop dialer that worked with the Excel and Skype and was a manual click to call system.  I thought this was a very good system. However it was tedious having to listen to playing my messages over and over again and not being able to make the next call until it finished playing the message and then I had to manually hang up.  However,  It was a system I had gotten used to since I used it for so many years.  Unfortunately things changed in the market place and I was no longer able to use Skype as my free phone system and the entire system was useless.  I had stopped doing telemarketing for a couple of years but always knew it was a more effective way to find customers than waiting for someone to find me on the internet, or sending out mailers that wound up in the trash unread.  Then I discovered the Cricket.  It was a dialer that seemed to work as my old system but much better.  At first it was intimidating because I was not use to it.  But with the excellent personal one on one support ( unheard of these days) from Rolly, he quickly got me up do speed.  He took the time to call me directly several times(even after hours)  on the phone and used  a screen sharing program so he could see what I was seeing on my computer screen, and he quickly educated me and got me on the right track.   He then was very open to my suggestions on making little modifications that in the end made a huge difference and made the system even more efficient to use.  This system was a quantum leap from what I was using before.  Before I dreaded making calls, but with Cricket I actually look forward to it.   It’s THAT good!   The feature I liked the most was that I could make a call and drop the message into the customers voicemail with just one click, then the system would automatically advance to the next number while it was still leaving the previous message, and with one click I could make the next call.  The system has the ability to drop four different messages into clients voicemail boxes.   Many times the clients phone would be answered by a receptionist, and I would drop my first message to be heard by the receptionist. to please “connect me to the General managers voicemail”.   They all think it is actually me but it is my prerecorded message and  I never actually speak any more, thus saving my vocal cords, then once connected I just drop the next messages into the bosses voicemail.   The next morning the clients call me back after hearing my message which I left the night before.  This saved so much time that I can now make more than double the calls than before with half the effort and time!  I am sold on Cricket.  I wish they had come along years ago. Although it is not free like the Skype dialer, it is much more efficient and well worth the price, which is very reasonable, considering how much it does.  I highly recommend the Cricket dialer to anyone who uses the telephone to make a lot of calls to find new customers.  Thank you Cricket!!”
