- We will not charge any money for your requests, unless they are excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.
- We will confirm receipt within 10 days and then provide a written response within 45 days. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you in writing of the reason.
- If we do delete your information that we sell on our web site "TelephoneLists.biz", be aware that any customer to whom we have previously sold your information will not have your information removed from their lists.
