Why do I have to buy at least 3 users with the Parrot?
The Parrot is designed for call centers and business teams and is most efficient when there are at least 3 users. In addition, having a 3 seat requirement helps us lower the costs for you since we have to pay for a dedicated hosted server.
Do you offer discounts or price breaks if I buy a lot of seats?
While we already offer some of best prices on the market, if you have a large amount of agents we may be able to offer some discounts or incentives depending on the size and needs of your call center.
