Admin Timeline Page

How to Use Timeline Page

Step 1. Select client accounts and choose a company. 

 

Step 2.
Click on timeline. On this page, you can see all the different calls handled for this account. You can see info like who the call was received by, call times, and much more. Some calls may have more than one interaction. 



Step 3.
Click on show more details/show email body to see what the agent entered in the script or email form. Keep scrolling down to view older interactions on the timeline.

Step 4. Use filters to search for a specific type of call or message.
