How to Check the Status of Other Agents

If enabled by the manager, agents can view the status of other agents in the Agent Status Sidebar. This feature is useful to see if an agent is available to receive a transferred call.  Depending on how your manager setup, you will be able to view all agents using the system, view only agents logged into the same campaign, or view agents logged into a specific user group.   Step 1. Click on the Agent Status icon located above the dial pad to open the Agent Status Sidebar.     Step 2. You will be able to view whether an agent is incall, paused, or in ready mode. An agent in ready mode is available to receive a transferred call.   Step 3. To close the agent status sidebar, click the Agent Status Icon again.
