Search Knowledge Base by Keyword
Use the CDR report to view all agent’s call history. You can listen to and download call recordings.
Click on reports and then select CDR report.
Click on the play button to listen to the recorded call.
Click on the three dots to download the audio file.
On the report page, you can view each of the leads in order of when they were called.
Click on the lead ID to view the lead’s profile account.
You can use the search bar to search for a specific phone number, agent, dispo, or the customer’s name.
