How to Delete a Lead

Need to remove a few leads from the CRM? This article walks you through the steps of how to delete single or multiple leads.

 

Step 1.

Go to CRM and then click on leads to view the leads in the CRM.

 

Step 2.

Next click on the checkbox of the lead(s) you wish to delete.

 

Step 3.

Go to the drop down menu at the top of the page to select delete and then click on submit.

Step 4.

A pop up box will show to confirm you want to delete the lead. Click OK to make the changes.
