How to Assign a Script to a List to Override a Campaign Script

This feature will override the campaign script and will launch a specific script assigned to a particular list id.

 

Step 1. Login to your manager portal using your Admin credentials.

 

Step 2. Click on Lists and then Show Lists in the left menu.

 

Step 3. Scroll down to the Agent Script Override field.

 

Step 4. Select the script you would like to assign to the list id from the drop down menu.

 

Step 5. Scroll to the bottom of the Modify List section and click Save Changes.
