The D1-D5 transfer preset buttons are useful if your agent happens to transfer leads to the same number(s) over and over. Instead of repeatedly manually dialing the phone number, the agent can click one of D1-D5 preset buttons and the number will populate in the transfer number field. The agent then can transfer the call using the blind or warm transfer options.
Note: The D1-D5 preset buttons cannot be relabeled. If you need labeled presets or are transferring to more than five numbers, see the tutorial How to Setup a Transfer Presets Menu
Step 1. Login to your manager portal using your Admin credentials.
Step 2. Click on Campaigns and then Campaigns Main in the left menu.
Step 3. Select the Campaign that you would like to setup the D1-D5 transfer presets and click the Modify button for that campaign.
Step 4. Go to the Transfer Options section to view the Transfer-Conf Numberfields.
Step 5. Enter the preset phone number next the the Transfer-Conf Number field that will be assigned to the D1-D5 buttons. For example: Enter phone number 2145555555 in the Transfer-Conf Number 1 field to assign this number to the D1 preset button.
Step 6. Scroll to the bottom of the Transfer Options section and click Save Changes.
