Lead Recycling allows the system to call leads with specific statuses at specific intervals automatically without having to reset a list manually. This feature is campaign specific and only works in the Ratio and Adapt dial methods. When a lead’s recycling target time hits, it will be put into the dial hopper before any other leads regardless of how the lead order is set for the campaign.
Step 1. Login to your manager portal using your Admin credentials.
Step 2. Click on Campaigns and then Lead Recycling in the left menu.
Step 3. Select the Campaign that you would like to setup lead recycling and click the Modify button for that campaign.
Step 4. Go to the Add New Campaign Lead Recycle section. Select the Status from the drop down menu that you want to recycle or auto dial again.
Step 5. Enter the Attempt Delay in number of seconds between 120 (2 minutes) and 604800 seconds (1 week) until you would like the lead placed back in the hopper after the lead was dialed.
Step 6. Enter the Attempt Maximum between 1 and 10 for the number of times the system will dial a lead of this status before the list can no longer be redialed. Once the attempt maximum has been reached, you will need to reset the list manually if you would like to restart lead recycling process again with the settings you configured.
In the example below, leads dispositioned as AB-Busy Auto will be placed back in the hopper 1 hour after the lead was dialed. If after 3 attempts have been made and all attempts resulted in a AB-Busy Auto, the list will no longer be dialed and will need to be reset.
Step 7. Click ADD. A confirmation message will appear at the top of the screen confirming the lead recycle status was added.
Step 8. Go to the Lead Recycling Within This Campaign section. Select Y from the Active field to activate lead recycling for a specific status. Click Modify to save changes.
